Terms
These terms explain how projects are delivered and what to expect when working with Fast Web Malta.
Last updated: 2025-12-31
1) Services
Fast Web Malta provides website design and development services (including pages, forms, booking options, and related setup). The exact scope and deliverables are agreed in writing for each project (for example: number of pages, features, integrations, and launch tasks).
2) Quotes & project scope
Quotes are based on the agreed scope. If you request additional pages or features after the project starts, we may provide a revised quote or treat them as add-ons.
3) Timeline
Typical timelines depend on scope and how quickly content and approvals are provided. Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals can extend the timeline.
4) Payments
Project pricing and payment schedule are agreed before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may begin after an initial deposit is paid. Final delivery / launch may be scheduled after the remaining balance is paid.
5) Revisions
Reasonable revision rounds are included to finalize layout and content based on the agreed scope. Major scope changes (new pages, new sections, new integrations, or new functionality) may be billed separately.
6) Client content & approvals
You are responsible for providing or licensing any logos, images, text, and brand assets you want used. By providing content, you confirm you have the rights to use it. You are also responsible for reviewing and approving the final website content before launch.
7) Hosting, domains, third-party tools
Domain registration, hosting, and third-party services (such as email providers, booking tools, analytics, or paid plugins) may have their own costs and terms. If you choose to use third-party services, you agree to their terms and billing.
8) Warranty & support
After launch, we can fix issues that are directly related to the delivered work within a reasonable period. Ongoing changes, new features, and content updates are available as paid work or through an optional monthly care plan.
9) Limitation of liability
Fast Web Malta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profits, or data. We do our best to deliver reliable work, but website performance can depend on third-party services, hosting, and user behavior.
10) Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after work has started, completed work time and any non-refundable costs (such as third-party purchases) may still be payable. Any remaining balance may be adjusted based on work completed to date.
11) Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, final deliverables are provided to the client after full payment. Fast Web Malta may showcase completed work in a portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.
